-Prices are subject to change without

on particular animals. I am currently setup
to only ship within the United States. I do
not have an export license.
-All animals are guaranteed to be correctly
sexed and healthy*. Any problems must be
brought to my attention within 24 hours of
receiving shipment. After 24 hours of the
shipment's arrival, I assume no further
liabilities. I guarantee that all animals
are feeding aggressively for me. Shipping is
very stressful and can result in chondros
going off feed. I will do my best to help
you if this does occur. It is your
responsibility to have the knowledge and
experience to care for and feed any snakes
purchased from me. Occasionally, a shipment may
not make its connecting flight and arrive
hours later. You need to be in touch with
the airlines to track your shipment.
You must open your shipment immediately at
the airline's facility to insure against
theft or accidental death. If a
snake has expired you must make a claim with
the carrier before leaving the airport. If a problem
exists, you must alert the airlines and me
of the problem immediately. Any claims arising due to delayed or
mishandled packages should be filed directly
with Delta Airlines.
-All orders must be paid in full before
shipping. I accept money orders, cashier's
checks, personal checks and credit
card/money transfers through Paypal.
Personal checks must clear before animals
are shipped. Personal checks normally take
5-7 business days to clear.
-I do allow
payment plans (short term) with a 10%
deposit. Deposits associated with any
payment plan are 10% of the total sale price with a
$100.00 minimum and are nonrefundable. All
payment plans require a timeline agreed upon
in advance by both Buyer and Seller with the
full understanding of forfeiture of payments
if delinquent. I understand emergencies do
arise and these will be addressed on an
individual basis.
-All orders are shipped one of two ways:
1. DELTA DASH** on Delta airlines approximately $80.
2. Prepaid on UPS*, or FedEx* approximately $65.
*Live arrival cannot be guaranteed when animals are
shipped via FedEx or UPS. Please consider this
when determining which shipping method works best for
you. Certain species, due to their delicate nature, will
ONLY be shipped via air freight to your closest
international airport. Green tree pythons will not
be sexed under the age of 1. This is due to their
extremely delicate nature and the possible risk of
damaging their spines.
**Delta Dash has an insurance limit of $750.
